Ground After Glow '23

This is a limited edition multi block lino print, using 3 colours.
Ground After Glow has been designed in collaboration with Track Brewery. I was given free reign with these designs and enjoyed every moment working with Track's designer Amy and creative/events manager Stefan. They put a lot of faith in my abilities and I am so grateful for their trust!
Both this design and Sapa Golden Hour (in shop) have been screen printed onto t-shirts and sweatshirts exclusively for Track Brewery. There is a very limited number available and they have been printed onto vintage clothing, keeping our sustainable ethos satisfied. 
 
Illustration based loosely on the Sonoma Valley in the USA. Sonoma is Track's deliciously drinkable, most popular beer and I wanted to send a nod of appreciaiton in its direction. Aiming for an evening, dreamy tonal palette, I opted for lilacs and blues. Ground After Glow references the point just after sunset, when the temperature drops and the ground starts to glisten with dew under the moonlight. When the sky is still light but the need of a head torch is just around the corner.

Printed onto Fabriano 250g acid free paper
Using lush Cranfield oil based, safe wash inks.
